When someone says "Namaste" to you, it means that he/she is bowing or saluting the God in you. Bowing gesture actually is done out of respect and also to reduce one's ego. So next time, don't miss the opportunity of saying a "Namaste".:))

Swastika

Swastika denotes luck and goodness in India. But did you know that this Swastika was used as a symbol by Nazis? It was used in their flag. So it is considered as evil in western countries.

Addendum: Swastika was considered to be the symbol of Aryans. Since Germans believed that they were descendants of Aryans, the Thule society, which was a powerful secret folk organization had Swastika as its symbol. Hitler was a member of this society. Later he chose this as Nazi symbol.
